Report a Violation

  1. Arizona statute requires a member who receives written notice that the member is in violation of the community documents may request certain information from the Association, including the first and last name of the person or persons who observed the violation.

    When completed and submitted to the Association, this form will become part of the Association's permanent record, and your name will be included in the Association's response to the homeowner receiving the violation if they contest the violation as provided for in A.R.S. 13-1803. The Association will not act unless the form is filled out in full.
